Working at Sembrando Paz y Esperanza as a Community Outreach Coordinator for six months gave me a deep sense of purpose. My typical week was filled with planning community events, conducting outreach visits, and collaborating with local leaders. No two days were the same—sometimes I was organizing workshops, and other days I was meeting with families to understand their needs. The foundation became my second home. I learned how to organize large groups efficiently, communicate with diverse audiences, and manage logistics for community activities. The experience shaped me both professionally and personally, helping me become more empathetic and community-driven.
