Moving from the USA to Medellín to volunteer at Sembrando Paz y Esperanza was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I spent a year mentoring young adults in IT, focusing on cloud computing and programming basics. My sessions were practical, encouraging students to develop projects and think creatively. The emotional impact of seeing these young people gain confidence and technical skills was overwhelming. Many students started with little knowledge and ended up building their own apps and websites. Witnessing their growth filled me with pride and motivated me to continue pushing the boundaries of what they could achieve. This experience taught me that empowerment through education is a truly powerful force.
